Maine winters are tough.
Temperatures below zero and months of heavy snow on the ground.
They can be especially difficult if you don’t own a warm pair of boots.
With 12% of Mainers living in poverty and an estimated 6,000 people homeless in our State,
Many will face this cold winter with nothing more than a worn pair of sneakers on their feet.
Let’s change that.
During the first week of November we will donate ALL online sales directly toward purchasing warm winter boots for those in need.
Our goal is to raise $1,000 this week which will purchase almost 50 pairs of warm winter boots!
We’ve partnered with House of Hope in Berwick, Maine to help distribute warm boots to those families most in need.
Our friends at the Kittery Trading Post have generously agreed to sell us boots at cost AND match our donation!
If we reach our goal, the Kittery Trading Post will donate another 50 pairs of boots; which will mean a total of 100 warm winter boots given to those less fortunate.
